Completly refurbished in 1989 this building houses a permanent exhibition
of sculpter Denys Puerch (1854 - 1942) works winner of the Prix de Rome
and Director of the Villa Médicis from 1921 to 1933 and paintings
by Maurice Bompart, Eugène Loup and Eugène Viala, contempories of Denys Puerch.
Displays of works from the 14th to the 20th
century, (notably a triptych by Pierre Soulages) alternate with those of contemporary art. |
