Staircase

The two units are being sold together, there are a further two similar units to the rear of the building available from another owner. The first floor is accessed by the doorway to the right of the photo, and the concrete staircase shown. As can be seen from the photos there is still a lot of work to be done, hence the reasonable price. Mains water has been laid on as has a connection to a communal septic tank. The electrical installation is new. It should also be noted that there is no outside space or garden, parking is not a problem. There are other units on this small industrial estate that have already been converted into living accommodation, therefore one would not be totally isolated.

On the second floor, the first of what could be a bedroom, the alcove and low part are above the entrance lobby. The roof is fully insulated. The second room and beyond the space for a bathroom, the windows of these two rooms are those that can be seen in the main photo above.

As can be seen from these photos the work on unit two has only just begun. The roof insulation is in place as are the beams for the mezzanine, “Velux” type windows would have to be used for the second level as there is no outside wall. One can still make out on the left of the main photo above an opening, one of two, that have been blocked to separate the two units, these could be re-opened to make one large unit if so desired.
